NETWORK

Network administrators manage everything within a network. They always have the Permission.SYSTEM_CONFIGURATION_VIEW, Permission.SYSTEM_CONFIGURATION_MANAGE, Permission.USER_CONFIGURATION_VIEW, Permission.USER_CONFIGURATION_MANAGE, Permission.ACCOUNT_CONFIGURATION_VIEW and Permission.ACCOUNT_CONFIGURATION_MANAGE permissions, no matter which products they have.
